AWESOME & Honest Mechanics.
Herb's Garage is an AWESOME place to take your car for repair, it's the ONLY place in Orange County I will go! Being a single, working mother I have had NUMEROUS mechanics rip me off with estimates for things that weren't even wrong with my vehicles. I took my car to Arman about 8 years ago for servicing after having become so frustrated with 'bogus estimates' from other garages. Arman and Heig looked at my car and diagnosed the problem, then fixed it for me, THE FIRST TIME. There were no 'hidden or additional' fees. They did tell me the other things that were wrong and it was optional to fix; however, somethings can wait when you really don't have the $ and they were honest in telling me what could wait and what was immediately needed. I bring my car and my daughters car here and wouldn't go anywhere else - THANK YOU Arman and Heig!!!!

Good Honest Service.
I bought a used 1999 ford ZX2 and had Arman look it over. He was fair and fixed only the things that were needed. The car runs like a top. He also provided me with a ride to work that morning. You cant ask for much more. Thanks.

Great Job, Arman!

I had been charged a lot of money by another mechanic to fix an overheating problem on my Chevrolet. But you fixed it at a much more reasonable price and it has been working fine ever since. Thanks, Arman!

Dear Arman

After reading all the comments on your website I agree with everything that your customers said: You are RESPECTED and one of the most CARING BUSINESSES in Orange County.

Your shop is ALWAYS REMARKABLY CLEAN. You and your employees are very friendly and honest. I get GREAT SERVICE FROM YOU—THE BEST I'VE HAD ANYPLACE. You are EFFICIENT and FAST and do al GREAT JOB. You are TERRIFIC! The quality of your SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP is SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHERS.

I'm an older lady and a lot of mechanics try to take advantage of me because they think I don't know about cars. But I know a lot about cars. I have made it a point over the years to have mechanics explain to me what they are doing, what the part is called, it's function and what it looks like. This has helped me to know when a mechanic is honest with me or just lying to me to make himself some money.

I don't find this at your shop. You are very willing to explain what has gone wrong with my car, show me the part and explain it's function to me. I really appreciate this type of service.

Also, I've HATED MECHANICS IN THE PAST, BECAUSE I HAVE FOUND THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY FOR THEMSELVES. I don't feel you lie to me AT ALL. YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TRUTHFUL AND HONEST WITH ME AND I RELLY APPRECIATE THAT.

I really appreciate the LOVE AND CARE YOU TAKE TO KEEP MY 1992 SATURN RUNNING AND IN GOOD CONDITION. I know you won't cheat me and will do your best to keep my CAR IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION FOR ME.

I've never had a mechanic that I could feel this comfortable with before. I WON'T TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE. I recommend you to all my friends. I'm so glad your shop is so close to where I live. I really appreciate the taxi service I get from your shop.

The quality of your service and workmanship has always been far superior to all others I've experienced. If all city merchants cared about their customers and delivered similar value, the Costa Mesa economy would lead the State.
I'm proudly recommending Herb's Garage to all my friends, confident that they will come away as pleased as I've been for these many years. I've not heard a negative comment from anyone. Dear Herb's Garage,
As we made it to the year 2000, I want to thank you for taking such good care of me in the past years... After threats from my owner of being sold at every chance she gets, I go back to my garage where I wait for her next threatening fit.
Like a favorite veterinarian with pets, yours is the place I want to be taken when I "don't feel good": I know that there will be somebody that will take care of me and put me back on my wheels! Of course, I wish you had an "Auto Care" program...as I get older, I get in trouble more often: Are you going to offer a "Senior Car Discount" in the future?
Well, it's almost time to retire again to my garage... in the mean time, I want to take this chance to thank you once more for all the special care that your staff has been giving me over the years: hey, it's not every day that you find a good (and honest) mechanic!
